# Principles into Practice

The working reference for a consortium being formed around one goal: making evidence-based injury prevention a mandatory part of coach education in gymnastics.

The science on preventing injuries like Achilles ruptures, stress fractures, and growth-plate injuries exists. Almost none of it is required knowledge for the coaches who control training load day to day. This site collects what the evidence says (the **principles** ), what it looks like on the gym floor ( **practice** ), and the plan for the group that will carry it to federations (the **consortium** ).

This is a working site for people invited to join or advise the consortium — anyone with the link can view it. A polished public-facing version will come later.
