Principles into Practice
The working reference for a consortium being formed around one goal: making evidence-based injury prevention a mandatory part of coach education in gymnastics.
The science on preventing injuries like Achilles ruptures, stress fractures, and growth-plate injuries exists. Almost none of it is required knowledge for the coaches who control training load day to day. This site collects what the evidence says (the principles), what it looks like on the gym floor (practice), and the plan for the group that will carry it to federations (the consortium).
This is a working site for people invited to join or advise the consortium — anyone with the link can view it. A polished public-facing version will come later.

Principles
Eight things the evidence supports about how young gymnasts' tissues adapt to load — and how they fail.
Into practice
What those principles change about a real training week, and what belongs in coach education.
Knowledge base
The underlying research: tissue-by-tissue literature summaries, a misconceptions log, the Achilles model, and essays.
